Redelivery Request

If you have received a Startrack or First Choice Couriers card for an attempted delivery, please check our Card Left FAQ before requesting a redelivery. We deliver for several carriers and they have different delivery requirements so it is best to check if we are able to arrange this for you.

All redelivery requests for the following business day will need to be submitted by 5pm.

  • If you have received a blue card please choose Startrack. If you have received an orange card please choose the carrier selected on your card.
  • If you would like the parcel to be left at your premises, please check our 'Carrier Specific Questions' on our Card Left FAQ to find out if we are able to arrange this.
