The freight I’m looking for was not sent through any of the activated carriers, how do I track my parcel?

We’re gradually bringing on more carriers to our online tracking (our own prepaid and credit account clients included!). In the meantime, please contact our friendly customer service team through our Contacts page.

There is no matching result. What do I do?

If the consignment number doesn’t bring up any results, please try searching by the barcode or piece ID instead. We scan at barcode level and sometimes the barcode number on a label is different to the consignment number.
Also, if the freight was sent with coupons, please try all coupon numbers that were applied to the freight.

I don’t know what the Status means, please help?

Scan Run: This item has been scanned on board with the driver and is expected to be delivered today.
Left Card: Delivery has been attempted but the receiver was not available. The driver has left a card to advise options of collection or redelivery.
Scan At Depot: The item is held in depot, awaiting collection or further instructions.
