CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS & SERVICE INFORMATION 2024

As we head into the busy Christmas

period, we’d like to announce 

some important information around our

Christmas trading hours and services.

 

PREPAID SERVICES

 

OVERNIGHT SYDNEY/WOLLONGONG

SERVICES

 

Monday 23rd December: This is the

last day to send Prepaid overnight

SYD/WOL deliveries for 2024.

Prepaid overnight SYD/WOL service

resumes on Monday 6th Jan 2025.

 

Alternative Options: The Saver, Premium

and Standard service options remain

available during the holiday

period.

 

SAME DAY SERVICES

 

 

Tuesday 24th December: This is the

last day for Same Day Deliveries

for 2024. Same Day service resumes on

Monday 6th Jan 2025.

 

 

SAVER, PREMIUM & STANDARD

SERVICES

 

These services remain available

throughout the Christmas & New Year

period, although we suggest allowing an

additional 1-2 days to usual transit times

due to changes with linehauls and

reduced staffing levels across

networks.

 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

Our team are available usual business

hours (9am-5pm) throughout the

Christmas and New Year period, closed

on public holidays only.

We recommend checking if businesses

are closed or receivers are away prior

to sending, to help reduce redelivery

fees or freight being left unattended at

receiver addresses for extended periods.
