Receiving an item

Wollongong Office: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Southern Highlands Office: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Nowra Office: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Batemans Bay Office: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm.

Bega Office: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

In most cases, yes. However, some items might need to be signed by the person the  shipment is addressed to. Generally, this is due to a contractual agreement between the  sender and the carrier (us). If you are unsure, please contact our office on 1300 100 199  with your consignment number to confirm.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver your consignment to a post office.  

 Unfortunately, it is not our policy to reveal the driver’s contact number or location.

Shipping an item

We can connect you with our partner FreightInsure if you require insurance.  

FreightInsure is a third-party company that will be able to provide you with consignment  specific coverage for the goods you ship with us. You will find the insurance option on our  website where it will navigate you to FreightInsure.
