If you’ve missed your delivery, you should have receievd a card from us. You can either collect your item from your closest depot or we can arrange a redelivery if you’ll be home.
Depot Collection
The card you have received will tell you when your freight is available for collection, please present your card and your photo ID when collecting your item. To view the location and opening hours of the depot that your freight has been returned to, please select the depot that has been ticked on the card.
