Prepaid Balance
Our Prepaid accounts offer a cost effective way to send your freight and are a great option for individuals or businesses sending small to medium sized freight, either daily or on a semi-regular basis.Our Prepaid accounts are easy to use and there is no expiry date on your balance! This means you don’t have to use your purchase within a set time like some other carriers. The Sydney rate also applies to our same day service between Sydney and Wollongong – there is no extra cost.
Pricing below includes GST and is based on shipping from Wollongong. For prepaid rates from other origins, please click on the following: ex Southern Highlands, ex Nowra or ex Sydney. Minimum balance addition is only $200 (inc GST).

We can offer a dedicated driver and vehicle to cover set, regular runs for your business.
We have experience handling both time-critical and sensitive freight, and are backed by a team of professional drivers and fleet of vehicles, allowing us to provide confidence that your service will be maintained without disruption. You can leave it to us, as delivering is what we do best!

Same Day Service Between Sydney and Wollongong
We can pick up from either Sydney or Wollongong in the morning and have the courier deliver on the same day in the afternoon. If you have an account and you’d like to book a same day service, please login into your FCC Account and select same day service when booking.
To ensure that your freight is treated as a same day service please make sure you lodge your booking before the cut off time. For casual accounts, same day freight needs to be brought into our Unanderra depot before 9.30am.

Direct Drive
Deliveries that are time critical, we can offer delivery within a guaranteed time frame. If you require a time-critical delivery, contact our team on 1300 100 199.
Satchels
500g, 1kg, 3kg & 5kg satchels are available to purchase. We know our customers have preferences of cost effectiveness and efficiency. With that in mind, we are able to offer our customers two types of satchel service levels, Premium and Saver. We offer the Saver option wherever possible, and our Premium satchels can be used to send Australia Wide.
The rates are extremely competitive compared with other satchel services in the area. Like our other Prepaid Balance services, our satchel bags don’t expire, so there’s no need to use them in a set time frame and minimum balance addition is only $200. Saver
*Our 500g Saver satchel can be used to send Australia wide, starting from this price. Any destinations that incur additional charges will be priced on booking (eg. Northern Territory, outer towns). Our 1kg, 3kg & 5kg Saver options can be used to send to major towns within Australia.
Premium
** Any destinations that incur additional charges will be priced on booking (eg. Northern Territory, PO Box, outer towns).
